:) Yep yep. Down three from my birthday. I did an hour on the elliptical last night. I thought I was going to die! I thought about it more afterward because I did an hour...which means I can do an hour...which means I am going to expect myself to do an hour again. Maybe for most that doesn't seem like a long time...but it's a long time. We're doing good. We're doing very good!!
